The Steel Wheels Cycle Touring Festy Experience

The Steel Wheels are an amazing Americana band from Harrisonburg, VA.  They love to ride bikes and often go on tour via bicycles, carrying hundreds of pounds of musical equipment on their bikes from venue to venue.  Check out this Adventure Seen narrative project about their journey to The Festy Experience in Nelson County, VA. 

2000 Hours

Check out Collin Vento of Shenandoah Bicycle Company shredding the 2000 Hours trail on the Western Slope of Massanutten Resort.  The Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition spent 2000 Hours of volunteer time to transform a rocky mess into a hand-built sustainable and technical flow trail.

Short Mountain
